After playing "dress-up" with Georgia Claire yesterday I realized at about 4:00 that I did not have a dress that fit her for her first Sunday at church! AND, with it being the 4th of July, most stores were closed early. My sister Kathy called while I was trying to figure out what to do and said she thought that Caroline had a couple of dresses that might fit her. I ran over to her house and picked up the two dressses and fell in love with both of them. The one I chose for her to wear was a pale pink Felhman Bros. dress with beautiful scalloped lace trim and detail. It even had a pretty little slip that went with it. Georgia was a sight to see this morning when we got her dressed...and thanks to our friend Rita and Shelby's mom Paula she had a cute little headband and bow. It didn't last the entire morning, but most of it anyway. She did great during church and just screamed a couple of amens during the sermon! =) Shelby's boss Jimmy even said that she was a chip off the old block and slept right through it! Everyone was very excited to see this precious baby girl that they all had prayed specifically for...it was a joyous morning.
