Ahhh...I just LOVE summer food! Mom & Dad stopped by this morning with a dozen ears of fresh sweet corn from their garden and beautiful homegrown tomatoes! I'm going to blanch these ears of corn so we can have it all through the year and I know when Georgia starts eating she will love chewing on the cob! We used to do that when I was little...country, I know, but it feels good to those little swollen gums!
