Mom & Dad went to Houston on Friday, prepared to stay until Sunday or even later, if Angie & Joe needed them. Saturday morning Angie called Mom & Dad in their hotel room and said, "Well, you better hurry up and get over here if you want to see us because we're GOING HOME TODAY!" That's right, Saturday--just five days after major abdominal surgery, Will was going home. He called his big brother Gabe and Gabe said, "COOL!"
Angie sent this picture to me with the title, "ENOUGH SAID"...it definitely speaks for itself!
This little guy never ceases to amaze our family. On Sunday he rode his bicycle a couple of times in front of his house and rode his "razor" around the kitchen table three times! When Angie told him she didn't think it was a good idea he would NOT take no for an answer. He could barely squat down on the floor and play but he was determined to get on his bike & scooter! Will can be VERY stubborn, but that's why we all think he bounces back so quickly! He's a fighter and we are so thankful.
Praise Jesus!!! These brothers are just too beautiful. We're praying for safe trips home for everyone, strength for Will, and rest and peace for Angie.
